1) The Contract between us

A binding contract for the sale and purchase of goods between you and us will only come into effect when we issue to you confirmation of order and an order reference number to the e-mail address provided by you on the order form. We are not obliged to accept any order(s) you submit.



2) Price and payment

We reserve the right to revise at any time the price of goods offered for sale on our web site without notice. All orders for goods are subject to availability and Rollin Stock reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason. Although Rollin Stock tries to ensure that prices on this web site are accurate, errors can sometimes occur. [The prices as stated are therefore indicative only but an accurate total price, including delivery charges, will be confirmed to you when we send you confirmation of our acceptance of your order.] If the price when confirmed, is not to your satisfaction your sole remedy is to withdraw your order and return the goods, to us in an unused condition, if already delivered to you. All prices are exclusive of VAT and are quoted in British Pounds Sterling unless otherwise stated. Payment in full is required to be made by any of the following credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB, Solo or Switch debit card through this web site prior to despatch of goods.



3) Delivery

We aim to despatch your order within 24hours. We try to deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery times and charges set out below. We are only able to deliver to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland at the present time. Please note the delivery times stated below are indicative only and we are not responsible for any delays.

Delivery times and delivery charges:

Delivery Times - Orders made before 12noon delivered within 48 hours else within 2-3 days. Some furniture or special order items may take longer for delivery. Estimated delivery times are to be agreed between both parties.

Delivery Charges -

Most of UK Mainland - Parcels up to 20Kg in weight delivered by our nominated carrier service at a cost from £3.95

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands - Parcels up to 20kg in weight delivered by our nominated carrier service at a cost from £5.95

Large & Heavy Items - Special delivery rates apply as follows: UK mainland - from £9.00, Northern Ireland from £10.00 Scottish Highlands & Islands - from £10.00. 4 weeks delivery may apply to certain items. Large orders will be quoted separately.



All charges are excluding VAT. Small packages may be sent out via Royal Mail. We reserve the right to make an extra charge for re- delivery if you are not available to accept or receive the goods when delivered to you.



4) Tax and other charges

We charge UK VAT at current rate on all orders. All local customs, excise, value added and import taxes are your responsibility and we will not pay these charges. In addition, we will not be responsible for any costs, fines, taxes or duties incurred as a result of goods being seized outside the United Kingdom. We will not provide any refunds or credit notes in these circumstances.



5) Product descriptions

In describing the Products available on our web site we attempt to be as accurate as possible. Rollin Stock, however, does not warrant that Products descriptions or other content of this web site is accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. If a Product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the Product in an unused condition in accordance with the provisions detailed below.



6) Your account

If you use our web site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and all passwords. To place an order on this web site, you must be a trading entity [or a professional beauty therapist or hairdresser] (over the age of 18 years) otherwise you are not entitled to complete the on-line registration form required to place an order. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders at our sole discretion. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address given by you for delivery on the on-line registration form at the time of your order and by whatever means we reasonably consider appropriate.



7) Ownership of Goods

We will retain ownership of the goods you order until we receive full payment for the order including the applicable delivery charges (including any charges for re-delivery in accordance with Clause 3 above). Once the goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.



8) Cancellation and variation of orders

Prior to despatch, cancellation will only be accepted on the following terms:

- 5% handling charge on standard items.

- special non-standard items such as specialised equipment or salonwear cannot be cancelled and payment must be made in full.

- Cancellation after despatch cannot be accepted





9) Product availability

All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you we may, at our option, send a carefully selected substitute, alternatively, any sum debited to your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your registration form. The refund will be made as soon as possible after such notification and in any event within thirty days of receipt of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.



10) Warranty

All products are sold subject to the manufacturer's warranty which we will honour to the extent of such warranty but all products packaged in glassware are hereby expressly excluded from this warranty. All products sold on this web-site are intended for use by trained professional beauty therapists and hairdressers only and not for use by members of the general public except under the direct supervision of a trained professional beauty therapist and/or hairdresser and Rollin Stock and the hosts of this web site accept no responsibility for and exclude any and all liability in connection with the use or misuse of any Products purchased on this web site. We will be entitled to set off any or all sums due by you to us against any or all sums due by us to you. Nothing in this Clause is, however, intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way exclude or limit Rollin Stock liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from their negligence.

If any provision in these terms and conditions is deemed to be illegal or unenforceable by any competent authority such terms and conditions shall to that extent be severed from the rest of the provision of these terms and conditions which will remain in full force and effect. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Rollin Stock is a British company and British Law shall therefore govern all transactions on this web site. You acknowledge and agree that the British Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or any orders placed on this web site
